This will again be an informal star party – a relaxed gathering of like-minded amateur astronomers and astrophotographers under the pristine Vegkop night skies.

Bring your telescope, camera equipment, and camping gear, and come enjoy the stars with us. You are most welcome to join us even if you do not have a telescope.

There will be no formal programme, presentations, or talks. Instead, we will spend our time observing, imaging, sharing experiences, exchanging advice, and enjoying each other’s company.

As this is an informal event, please ensure that you are fully self-sufficient with regard to food, beverages, and camping equipment.

Bookings must be made directly with Vegkop:

• Download and complete this reservation form
• Email the form with your proof of payment to Hennie Naude at hennien @ heilbron.co.za (remove the spaces around the @ sign)
• If you have booking questions, please contact Hennie on WhatsApp: +27 83 269 9293

Alternatively, you may choose to stay at one of the many self-catering accommodations available in the area: Alternate Accommodation

We look forward to welcoming you again under the stars! ✨
